Basis for three films, all with the same name: a 1926 version directed by Rowland V. Lee and featuring Jacqueline Logan, Lou Tellegen, and Walter Pidgeon; a 1931 version directed by Harry Lachman featuring Joan Barry and Harold Huth; and the 1940 version directed by Paul L. Stein, and featuring George Sanders and Mary Maguire.
