Hardcover. Early reprint, presumed first collected edition. Complete in three volumes. Octavos. xvi, 360; iv, 420; vii, 420pp. Half leather and marbled paper over boards, nicely rebacked with polished leather gilt; Vols. I and III with the half-title present but otherwise bound without blanks or ads (aside from the page of ads facing the dedication in Vol. I), if issued. Neat contemporary owner name ("Henry [or Harry] Durkind[?] Lt. Colonel") in each volume. Spines lightly and evenly sunned, boards (spines not withstanding) rubbed and worn with a bit of loss to the marbled paper at the foredges of two covers, endleaves a trifle foxed, light offsetting in the text of Vol. III, and Vol. II with an early repair to the gutter and topedge of the title page (most visible on the blank verso) which has tanned the following page, altogether a nice, very good set.
