Between the Covers

Unbound. Snapshot (a Real Photo Postcard, trimmed at the right and left sides). Measuring 3¾" x 3½". Captioned "Ruth and Allien [sic] in Lorena Tex.," with stars noting the two older children. Trimmed as mentioned, removed from an album with paper and adhesive residue on the edges verso, and a 1½" crease that has split the emulsion, a near very good copy of a nice image, the cropping having almost certainly improved the composition. Lorena is a small town just south of Waco, along what is now I-35.
