[Broadside or large handbill]: Athletic Grounds Every Afternoon and Evening This Week
[Asbury Park, New Jersey]: Pawnee Bill's Wild West Show, [1892].
Price: $450.00
Unbound. Broadside. Measuring 6" x 9½". Printed in blue rectos only. Small paper remnants on the unprinted verso, likely removed from a scrapbook, else near fine. Pencil note on verso notes place and date: "Asbury Park, July '92." Pawnee Bill and his wife Mary started their show in 1888. It went through several permutations, some more successful than others, including a relatively brief partnership with Buffalo Bill Cody. A simple, if pleasing little broadside.
