Hardcover. First American edition. Four illustrations by A. C. Michael. Binding with moderate general wear and a bit of soil, tissue guard with a short tear, a very good copy. This copy is notable because of at least nine stamps on the endleaves and title page from The Paget Newspaper Service, advertising that they are accepting offers for serialization rights. An interesting artifact from an earlier age of media; copies so stamped are presumably very uncommon.
