Unbound. Poster. Measuring approximately 28" x 11". Printed on the recto only. Light toning, light bumping to the corners, else near fine. Imprint, C-49. A poster advertising Pepsi's swirl bottle with their 1950s slogan, "Be sociable, serve Pepsi." This ad features an African-American couple with a home movie projector and a tray of food accompanied with bottles of Pepsi. Pepsi has a long history of marketing to African-Americans, being one of the first American companies to create an all African-American marketing / sales team in the 1940s. A lovely example.
