Complete in Two Volumes: Volume One is a facsimile of the first edition with text in Latin, edited by Ludwig von Bar (with a German-language introduction) and with a list of errata; Volume Two prints von Bar's introduction in English and the English-language translation of Textor's *Synopsis* by John Pawley Bate. Small quartos. 28a,168; 26a, v, 349pp. Volume One with a frontispiece engraving of Textor. Ex-library with the usual treatment, bindings soiled, margins soiled and the paper a touch brittle (but still malleable), a few tiny corner chips in Volume One and Volume Two with the preliminaries lightly foxed, a sound and certainly usable good or better set.
