Price: $450.00
Unbound. Four double-weight gelatin silver photographs. Each is 10" x 8". Each is fine. Four images, three of them feature Mae West holding, and presumably absorbing a book, *Moral Re-Armament: The Battle for Peace* by H.W. "Bunny" Austin, a noted British tennis player who was involved in the Moral Re-Armament (MRA), a peace movement founded in 1938. West cheerfully peruses the book in three pictures with other companions; in the fourth image she does not appear, but her companions from the previous photos do, at a small dinner party and obviously on he same occasion. Not otherwise dated or identified, this came to us with a studio still showing several of the same people in identical clothing (but not West) on the set of the 1939 film *The Tower of London*.
