[Moscow: I. D. Sytin, 1906].
Price: $100.00
Hardcover. First edition. Octavo. 243pp. Black cloth with embossed cover. Text in Russian. Ex-library with label residue at the crown, interior with stamps and tiny inked notes (and two large penciled numbers on the front fly), binding with some wear, and upper hinge starting but sound, a very good copy. An argument for Polish autonomy. What little we find about Gakkebush (Gorelov) is from Charles A. Ruud's 1900 book *Russian Entrepreneur: Publisher Ivan Sytin of Moscow 1851-1934*: He was a conservative who edited Sytin's *Russian Truth* from 1904 to 1906, after which he took on editorship of Sytin's *Russian Will*. We admit our Russian isn't flawless, but we locate only four copies in *OCLC*: Yale, Chicago, Hoover Institute, and Ohio State.
