Unbound. Gelatin silver portrait photograph. Measuring 10½" x 13". Housed in a card folder and stamped "Produced by Ford Motor Company" on one fold. Photograph has very slight solarization, else fine; folder has slight tear at the bottom of rear fold, and the faint ownership stamp (three times) of noted historian and author John Perry Pritchett. Signed by Ford in the margin beneath his portrait. Ford was the founder of the Ford Motor Company, and a pioneer of the development of the moving assembly line technique of mass production. A very nice, large example of an iconic image.
