Hardcover. Salesman's dummy. Slim octavo. Illustrated with plates. Publisher's stamp on title page. Blue cloth stamped in black and gilt with the spine decoration stamped on the lower board. Binding spotted with a bump on the lower board edges, two different page spreads with offsetting from the "Representative Order Book and Publisher's Guarantees" booklet laid in (still present), very good. The text and plates are otherwise fine. Three names and addresses have been penciled into the order form in the rear, and three "Publisher's Guarantee to Subscribers" have been separated from the accompanying booklet, although two are still present.
