Hardcover. Quarto. Marbled paper with a leather spine, over stiff boards. Covers heavily rubbed, chips along the edges and spine ends, moderate soiling throughout, appears to be missing six pages, about very good overall. The first five pages include recipes for various cakes and pies, followed by neatly written orders, which include the customers name and what he or she purchased. We are unsure of the whereabouts of this store, but it's possible it was in New Jersey, as this came from a large collection of New Jersiana.
