Between the Covers

Hardcover. First collected editions. Volumes 92 and 93, bound together. Small quarto. 328, 312pp. Heavily illustrated. Nicely bound into half leather and marbled paper over boards, with page edges marbled. Modern owner label on front pastedown. Spine rubbed, binding worn at the corners and spine ends with the bottom corners worn through, still a sound, very good or a bit better copy; the text, while very occasionally trimmed quite close, has been nicely preserved. Collects every issue published in 1887, and both volumes are indexed.
