Unbound. Poster. Measuring approximately 20" by 15". Some very light edgewear and some light creasing, else near fine. A post-WW1 poster depicting two woman shaking hands before the Slovakia and Czech coat of arms with a third woman draped in the American flag overseeing the affair, the scene is meant to portray the formation of Czechoslovakia which was established October 28, 1918 in the aftermath of WW1; behind them waves the first flag of Czechoslovakia, a bicolor white over red (essentially the same design to be adopted by Poland August 1, 1919), which was in place from 1918 to 1920 when the distinctive blue triangle was added. A striking image full of history.
