Price: $300.00
Hardcover. Later printing. Frontispiece portrait of Masaryk. Octavo. 351pp. Text in Czech. Cloth and printed papercovered boards. Spine with modest surface wear and a short split at the spine base, underlining and marginalia in graphite and red pencil throughout, very good and sound in in a toned and modestly worn, very good dust jacket with short tears at the spine ends. This edition was published following the recognition of the Czech government in London and the formation of a Czech army in Great Britain. An uncommon edition of the Czech leader's biography. *OCLC* locates only four copies of this edition and a quick search of KVK mirrors one of those copies; oddly, all are in Germany.
