Farewell the Floating Cunt

(Cleveland, Ohio: Renagade Press, 1964).

Price: $1,800.00

Softcover. First edition. Square octavo. Illustrated. Stapled wrappers. Light toning and wear, near fine. With an unsigned note laid in, which appears to be in levy's hand: "Can you send me a couple of copies of the keys book - in exchange for these." (Keys is quite possibly the poet John Keys, one of whose books levy published earlier in 1964.) One of 105 copies of the first edition, a volume of concrete poetry consisting of poems, letterpress printed by levy, mostly consisting of a single word, most of which your mother wouldn't approve of you using. One of the books that Ed Sanders was charged with selling in the notorious obscenity bust at the Peace Eye Bookstore. Very scarce. *OCLC* accounts for 21 of the 105 copies, but still lacking from many major collections.
