Offset color lithograph. Measuring 20” x 28”. Slight horizontal crease, a few small closed tears at the edges, one small spot in background, two small tape mends on the back of to edge, very good or better. A bright advertising poster of two minstrel performers in colorful clothes playing dice. The image was designed and printed by the Donaldson Lithographing Company for the Palace Theatre in Netcong, New Jersey. The company, which relocated from Cincinnati to Newport, Kentucky in 1898, specialized in lithographic posters and art signs for circuses, vaudeville, and associated traveling theatrical troupes.
