Yates' copy, with his owner stamp (giving a Buenos Aires address) on the front blank. Margins and unprinted portion of the cover toned, modest wear, a just about near fine copy. Signed by Casares on the half-title and dated 1953. Yates translated and edited several publications related to Casares and his close friend Borges; an excellent association. A handsome copy of an important early fantasy novel.
