Between the Covers

Unbound. Portfolio. Striking pochoir plates by Guy Arnoux. Quarto. Eleven of 13 sheets (lacking one print and the colophon leaf) laid into a string-tied portfolio. Sheets measure 9¼" x 12½" each, printed recto only. Title page leaf recto and the blank verso of one plate evenly toned, the plates are otherwise fine with occasional unobtrusive tanning right at the edges. The string-tied portfolio is very good with moderate wear, a bit of staining, paper cover label with a corner chip, and the interior with some tanning and the remnants of a small label. Contains the title page leaf, dedication/contents leaf, and the nine of the 10 plates (lacking "Neuville-Saint-Waast"). One of 325 copies on Arches (of 350 total).
