Hardcover. First authorized edition. 12mo. 32pp. Illustrated from photographs. Green papercovered boards, spine stamped in gilt (also seen with red cloth spine, gray papercovered boards). Tiny ink marking on rear pastedown, light bumping on the spine, near fine in a price-clipped, very good dust jacket (second issue, with three blurbs on front flap) with a couple closed tears on the cover with tape mends on the verso (there was also a 1963 edition, which was withdrawn due to the author's objections concerning the use of a photograph of Kavanagh; all but a few copies were destroyed of the 1963 edition).
