Interpretation of Schizophrenia

New York: Robert Brunner, 1955.

Price: $375.00

Hardcover. First edition. Octavo. 522pp. Ownership stamp and signature of a noted American psychologist on the front fly, along with the author Silvano Arieti's New York City business card, which has been tipped-on near the gutter. Spine faintly toned, lower corners gently bumped, one leaf with a creased fold that stands a bit proud if unfolded (a binding error), just about near fine in a very good dust jacket with toning, mostly at the spine and folds, light wear, and a bit of soil. An important title by a pioneer in the field; the second edition won the 1975 National Book Award for The Sciences.
