The later 44pp pamphlet has been "bound" or tipped into the rear of the other book, using the rear flyleaf as a wrapper, fashioned to cover part of the front wrap. The pamphlet has Hutton's presentation stamp, and tipped to the first page of text is a one-page Autograph Letter Signed by Hutton to Captain C.D. Oldham presenting the pamphlet. The bound volume has a tear on the front fly, but is otherwise very good.
