Hannam Clark, George Coulouris (Lord Burghley), Charles Dalton (Lord Huntley), Philip Foster (Lord Gordon), Wilton Graff (James Stuart Earl of Moray), Philip Leigh (David Rizzio), Maurice Manson (First Guard, Jamie), Jock McGraw (Second Guard), Helen Shea (Mary Seton), Deane Willoughby (Mary Livingstone), Leonard Willey (Duc de Chatelherault and as Lord Ruthven), Fred R. LeVarge, Mrs. Anna L. Brown, Walter Hernenway (or Hemenway), and a couple of indecipherable signatures. This play was included in Burns Mantle's *The Best Plays of 1933-1934*. Later, it was adapted into a 1936 film starring Fredric March and Katharine Hepburn.
