Illustrated throughout with hand-colored frontispiece plates, wood engravings, and numerous other plates. Signed by Joseph Jefferson in Volume 1. The spine backs are soiled and darkened, modest bowing to a few volumes, a few small tears at the spine tops, overall a good or better set. A handsomely produced limited edition, printed on fine paper.
