[Roswell, New Mexico: no publisher, 1965].
Price: $2,000.00
Softcover. First edition. Octavo. 63pp. Spiral bound photographically illustrated wrappers, bound in the upper margin. Portrait of Bellamy on front wrap. About fine. No publication information, a compilation of recipes each to serve 24, compiled by his friends and employers. Bellamy came from Austin, Texas and moved to Roswell, New Mexico where he ran a catering business. A few of the over 100 recipes bear the name of one of his wealthy patronesses, but presumably all but a few are Bellamy's recipes, several influences by distinctive Southwestern flavors. *OCLC* appears to locate a single copy. *The Jemima Code*, p. 82-83 (which incorrectly gives the location as Roswell, Georgia - thanks to Mary Gilliam of Franklin Gilliam Rare Books for this information).
