[iv], , [ii]pp. Sewn off-white deckle-edged wrappers printed in black. Covers are lightly foxed with a faint vertical crease on the covers and a few pages of text, else a near fine copy. Published in a limited edition of 330 numbered copies, this is one of 96 copies of the deluxe edition, accompanied by a numbered etching of Beckett by Avigdor Arikha laid in. This copy is designated ‘ND’ in ink holograph on the limitation page and with the etching numbered “61/96.” Inscribed on the front cover by Beckett: “for Tara with love from Sam.” The recipient was Tara MacGowran, daughter of actor Jack MacGowran who played Lucky in *Waiting for Godot* at the Royal Court Theatre, and with the Royal Shakespeare Company in *Endgame*. A scarce publication in the deluxe issue, with the original etching, and especially uncommon signed by Beckett.
