This book was issued in a limited edition of 100 copies in boards, which included a portrait of Miller, Signed and stamped by Webb on the verso. This copy has the print and limitation page and there says in calligraphic script "Presentation 6/10." Webb has additionally Inscribed the limitation page: "For Larry- thanks for the encouragement! Bill Webb, Santa Barbara Nov. 18, 1991." Shifreen and Jackson B374a, noting only the edition of 100 and not the 10 for presentation.
