Board of Supervisors of Leflore County, Mississippi that the trustees of Minter City Colored School (Henry Irving and George Colling) appointed Mattie E. Dixon as teacher at the school making $25 per month. Further endorsed by F.P. Pleasents and Thomas E. Averst that Irving and Colling are indeed the trustees of the school. [With]: Autograph Letter Signed ("Mattie E. Dixon") to the Board of Supervisors, asking to be paid for her services at the end of the two month period.
