Softcover. First edition. Quarto. 102 [2] pp. Printed wrappers, with a "compliments of" slip stapled to the cover. Ownership signature of a noted American psychologist on the first page and the topic inked along the left edge of the cover, trifle musty and a tiny nick at the spine base, near fine. According to the foreword, Fact Book Report No. 2 is concerned primarily with "the movement of patients, the trends in first admissions, readmissions, and discharges." Full of data on these subjects, including an introduction to the hospitals, patient numbers, finances, and chapters titled "Staff Shortages" and "Treatment and Hospital Conditions." *OCLC* seems to return only a single copy (New Jersey State Library), part of a set that includes Nos. 1 and 1a (apparently a revised edition of No. 1, issued a few months later).
