Nicely Inscribed by Fairbanks on the half-title (using the printed title) to Bill Boggs, four-time Emmy Award-winning New York television talk show host, who interviewed the author/actor on his show: "To Bill - I had a fascinating time - and thank you so very much for 'plugging' [printed: The Fairbanks Album]!
