With a 3-page mimeographed document quoting positive reviews for the author's 1955 book *Education of Mentally Handicapped Children* laid in (folded twice, else fine).

According to the *Encyclopedia of Special Education* (John Wiley & Sons, 2007), Wallin (1876-1969) was a "pioneer in the fields of special education and clinical psychology" and a "crusader and a pioneer for disabled children." He published over 30 books and 350 articles during his career.
