A rare history of a World War I American base in France, printed in France and illustrated from photographs. The book gives a base history, highlights camp activities, and gives company histories, among other things. Photographs show the base, soldiers, and a baseball game. The base is named after railroad magnate Grenville M. Dodge; we are unsure why the base name is spelled "Granville." *OCLC* locates four copies; a fragile survivor.
