Featured are two articles on the Spanish-American War, with an image along the left margin displaying Lieut. Hobson peering out a jail window in Morro Castle, and a portrait of General Shafter in the upper center. Also provides a list of the other articles in the issue including Marion Crawford's "Via Crucis" and "On the Way to the North Pole" by Walter Wellman.
