Very good with horizontal crease, splitting at the top of the spine, some toning and edgewear. Catalogue for the annual fundraiser for artist in financial distress. The exhibition was divided into four galleries listing the title, artist, and donating member. Included in this year, are four works by Winslow Homer and one by the young illustrator Thomas Nast. The fund was a great success but waned in the early part of the 20th Century, when it began limiting membership to New York resident, finally merging with the Society of Illustrators in 1946. *OCLC* locates two copies.
