[New York: J.H. Colton], 1856.
Unbound. Broadside. Approximately 15¾" x 18¼". Printed in blue, red, green, black, and gold with engraved image of the printer's building. Matted and lightly tipped onto matte board. An elaborately printed advertisement on one side only for a Philadelphia printer who specialized in fancy printing, and almost certainly printed by Ashmead. We believe this was removed from an 1856 *Colton's General Atlas*. Faint stain, some offsetting from the title page or half title of the atlas visible on the broadside, and a light crease, overall very good or a little better. Colorful, large, and artfully printed advertisement for a talented printer.
