Women's Committee fundraising cookbook for the Montreal Symphony Orchestra with most of the recipes a facsimile of the contributor's handwritten instructions. (Renata Tebaldi's *ostriche ripiene* [stuffed oysters, recipe in French] is on p.23, and Isaac Stern's Meat ball Casserole is on p.32.) This copy Signed on the title page by Zubin Mehta, then Chief Conductor and Music Director of the Montreal Symphony, with a gift note laid in helping us decipher the signature (and his recipe for Akouri on p.95). Uncommon.
