By-Laws for what looks to have been a large and vibrant attempt to promote softball in the city, specifying leagues that include both men and women, leagues of teams made of "Class A" players, commercial teams, religious teams, Latin-American Divisions, teams from academic institutions, etc. Interestingly, nothing is specified about teams of African-Americans, either admitting or prohibiting them. *OCLC* locates no copies.
