A few early stains and light scattered foxing, very good. Written by Elizabeth Heyrick (1769-1831), now regarded as one of the most influential Quaker abolitionists of the time. Her 1824 tract on the abolition of British colonial slavery is regarded as the first to call for an immediate end to human slavery. Very scarce. *OCLC* locates only one copy.
