Bookplate of a military library front pastedown, stamped "Regraded unclassified" in a few places, front hinge weak but holding, many pencil notes and a few ink notes in the text, a sound good copy. This is Volume I only. *OCLC* locates no physical copies; it does locate a single copy of each of Volume III and IV, both held in Germany.
