New York: Harcourt Brace and World, (1970).

Price: $375.00

First edition. Fine in fine dustwrapper. Nicely Inscribed to poet Daniel Hoffman: "Dan, a darned good name - a good friend. John." Hoffman served as the Consultant in Poetry of the Library of Congress (the equivalent of the United States Poet Laureate) in 1973-1974. Both he and Wideman were largely based in Philadelphia. The author's second book, difficult in this condition, with a nice association.
