Governor (and later Governor) Matthew Griswold, signed by Connecticut State Treasurer John Lawrence, and by two Committee members Oliver Wolcott, Jr. and William Moseley, countersigned (over the signatures of Wolcott and Moseley) by Samuel Wyllys, and endorsed on the verso by Griswold. Oliver Wolcott, Jr. succeeded Alexander Hamilton as Secretary of the Treasury and later served as the Governor of Connecticut. Old folds, else fine.
