Bulletin board announcement of a rally at LA's Embassy Auditorium, featuring appearances by Angela Davis, Rev. Ben Chavis, Bert Corona, Gary Lawton, and Nareshimah Osei. Chavis, a former assistant to Martin Luther King Jr., had been convicted as a leader of the "Wilmington Ten" in North Carolina, protesting continued school segregation. In 1993 he would become chairman of the NAAZP.
