Florida: (mostly 1906, a few later).
Softcover. Oblong small octavo. Flexible leather wrappers. Rubbed and moderate wear on the wrappers, some chipping on the black album pages, very good, the images are very good or better with some modest fading. 58 gelatin silver images (not including multiple images on a few photo strips), mostly sepia-toned. Various sizes, most of the travel images approximately 4" x 3", most of the rest are smaller. Largely captioned in ink. The first half of the album documents a trip to Florida, with two images on board a boat to Key West from Havana, and a few others in Hot Springs, Virginia, and one of the Cabin John Bridge in Maryland. The second half are mostly family pictures, presumably up North (some snow is evident in a couple of pictures). At least 26 of the images, all of the larger size, are identified as Florida or Cuba (just two) and captioned locations include: Buena Vista, St. Augustine, New River in South Florida, Miami (several including the Royal Palm Hotel), Lemon City, Palm Beach, Biscayne Bay, and something called the Seminole Club. Nice, relatively early images.
