Copy number 23 of 30 copies printed by Dwoskin. Short excerpts from *Oedipus the King.* The etchings by Brooklyn-born avant-garde filmmaker Dwoskin date from his early years in New York, where he studied under Wilhem de Kooning and Josef Albers at the New School, and worked in design and graphics. He was influenced by Maya Deren and made his first films in 1961, the same year as this book. In 1964 he earned a Fulbright scholarship that allowed him to move to England where he founded the London Film-makers' Co-operative and continued to make both short and feature films. *OCLC* locates no copies.
