Postcards and handbills announcing new music, venues, and tours from the early 2000s, mostly hip hop and rap but some jazz and scat music as well. Featured are cards from Beenieman’s CD release for *Art and Life*, Bubba Sparxxx *Deliverance*, Born Husslers Inc. featuring Lil Jon and K-rab *Snaplanta*, and Ozomatli *Embrace the Chaos*. Advertisements for tour dates and upcoming shows for The Blind Boys of Alabama Holiday Concerts, Dakah the Hip Hop Orchestra, The Skatalites, and Cynthia Basinet. Other artists include Yeska, Mobtown, The Allentons, Kingston 10, Bad Fish, Vann Johnson, and others. One handbill is for the Jamaica House reopening party and another is for Rude Boy Stylee Fashion featuring The Alkoholics, Channel live, and Latin Fros.
