Philadelphia: October, 1830.
Softcover. First edition. 12mo. 11, pp. Stitched printed wrappers. Somewhat irregularly trimmed affecting no text, but the decorative border on the front wrap, apparently intended to effectively remove (mostly) a contemporary ownership signature; a few words in ink on the rear blank, a nice, very good copy. An unattributed address delivered at Franklin House, in support of Colonel J. G. Watmough for Congress. The Delaware-born Watmough was successfully elected as an Anti-Jacksonian for two terms. *OCLC* locates no copies.
