A photo album kept by a Washington State family during the 1920s. From the contents and the few captions present it can be presumed that most or all of the images are from Washington. The photos show the family posing outside their homes and new cars with babies and puppies. There are two photos of girls graduating with diplomas in hand and numerous photos of women posing in costumes and dresses. Another group of photos show time spent at a winter cabin with snowshoes, ice fishing, and outdoor cooking. The ice fishing photos shows people posing with their catch as well as cleaning and beheading the fish with an ax. Photos of the houses show the backyard with bear carcasses hung from a tree presumably during a process of preserving the skins.

An interesting collection of family photos showing daily life in Washington State in the 1920s.
