They were a uniquely long lived society that practice it's own brand of communism and used poly-fidelity as a guide for relationships. Additionally, they embraced technology and formed an early Apple computer distribution, Abacus, Inc., to fund their community, which was very successful and eventual led to the collapse of the group.
