Nicely Inscribed to John Lewis and Signed by Jack and Mary Andresen on the front fly. The first edition is moderately uncommon, but especially so signed. Andresen was an American pioneer of the sport, and is a member of the Hall of Fame of the American Water Ski Educational Foundation.
