Between the Covers

Unbound. 10 different large gelatin silver photographs mounted on stiff card stock. Sepia-toned images measuring 15.75" x 12.75" on slightly larger mounts for exhibition. Several have handwritten notes paper-clipped to the mount describing what is in the photo. A little rounding on the corners of the mounts, paperclips a little oxidized but not substantially affecting the images, just about fine, the images clear and deep. Reputedly used as state's exhibits at the infamous Hall-Mills Murder Trial. None of the exhibit photos are grisly, they mostly refer to the geography of the case with one (captioned "Crab apple tree where bodies were found") used as an illustration in the William Kuntsler's book, *The Hall-Mills Murder Case: The Minister and the Choir Singer*. Provenance on request and accompanied by a supplied second edition of book.
